I was quite conscious from the start because we already have two small Pomeranians at home, so finding a dog that would suit our lifestyle and fit in with our current family set-up was really important to us. Rich completely understood that and took the time to talk everything through properly. Nothing ever felt rushed and we felt listened to from day one. Sarah, Hulk’s trainer, was fantastic. She kept us updated on his progress and was always there to answer any questions, especially when it came to introductions and making sure everyone would settle in safely. You can tell she genuinely cares about the dogs and wants them to succeed in their new homes. Keeley was also amazing throughout, always checking in, offering support and making sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. Thanks to their guidance and support, Hulk has settled in really well with our two Poms and the transition has been far smoother than we expected. We honestly couldn’t be happier. We’d absolutely recommend Chaperone K9 to anyone looking for a protection dog and a team that truly supports you from start to finish.

From settling in with our elderly female, to ongoing training, to fitting in with our life and work literally from day 1. CK9 are the real deal. The best in the business and from our own past experiences I would say be careful of poor imitations as the market is now flooded with wannabe companies. CK9 blew us away with the complete lack of BS. Their honest, personal approach and their consummate professionalism. Their ongoing service level is extrodinary and for a small, unique team they deliver a world class package. In addition, we regularily use their kennel facility when travelling and the attention to detail here really is something special. Our elderly female who isnt an easy dog to manage in many ways, loves visiting CK9 and always returns home looking fantastic, with a new learned skill to show off and a spring in her step. Its so reassuring to know the capable hands we leave her in, along with the boys and its taken the stress out of being away from home. All in all I cant recommend these guys enough. You will fall in love instantly (with both the dog and the company ;-)...... Guarenteed!!

He's very gentle, well socialised and calm at home, yet always alert and ready to deal with any threat - literally. We can't understate just how great he is. On the protection side he's easy to handle and ready at a moments notice to act. The team at Chaperone are amazing, massive thanks to Keeley, Baraka, Sophie and Richard, Richard, and Richard 🤣! They invited us down to view all the dogs, talked us through everything, trained us, and did a well planned handover involving visits and sleep overs, which was massive in helping our dog settle in and for us to bond with him. Would highly recommend Chaperone K9 to anyone looking for a protection dog, they are the best!
