It’s fair to say that Lauren absolutely loves dogs and she has always had a fascination with what it takes to transform them into highly trained, highly skilled protection animals. Before joining CK9 in 2019 Lauren worked in Sales Development for a well-known confectionary company but she knew her passion lay elsewhere.
I love being around the dogs all day and having input into teaching them new skills gives me enormous satisfaction. You build special bonds and a level of trust with the dogs under your care and nothing beats that feeling.
Qualified at Level 2 for Animal Care Lauren is currently honing her skills and learning from more experienced members of the team with the ambition to one day become a professional Dog Trainer. Making sure her dogs are well-fed, exercised and in perfect condition ensures that they are in the required frame of mind to undertake the extensive training needed to become a CK9 Family Protection Dog.
